The Rivertown Coalition was founded 6 years ago as a response by two retired school teachers to seeing Josh Fox’s movie Gasland.

Our mission is to educate people about the environment. To that end we have a newsletter, a constantly updated Facebook Page and an annual spring symposium with information on everything from creation care and sustainability to renewable energy and fracking news. We love our natural world and want to see it protected.
